We connect via e-mail and get you set up in a private coaching client portal to start a deeply personalized and supportive journey.

You complete an assessment to identify your high-impact conscious goals.
🌿 FOURTH.
We begin our virtual sessions, and get straight to business!
We meet twice a month for a guided compassionate 3-month journey with personalized support, tangible feedback, tools, and step-by-step guidance to get you where you’re hoping to go.
Investment
Three months of support at US$500 per month which includes:
